SNES ROM dumping help!!!

Okay I'm new to all this I need to find a website where I can find haardware to dump american SNES ROMs. And also how to use the hardware. Ohh and one last thing anyone know where to buy a Flash Advance Linker or a Flash Advance Linker Xtreme, it would be a big help thank you.

SNES copiers can be bought @ ToToTek (http://www.tototek.com/). But apart from verification, why would you need one? 99% of all SNES games (especially USA) are already dumped.
