Are you trying to run it in ePSXe?
Try giving it a cue file useing wordpad. Type this:
FILE "(YourISOName).BIN" BINARY
TRACK 1 MODE2/2352
INDEX 1 00:00:00
then save it as "(YourISOName).cue"
Some progams that run or burn playstation games need a cue file when dealing with .bin files.
After making the cue, try running the cue.

I don't know ISOProducer but I use MagicISO and that program has options to convert a bin file to ISO (and a lot of other formats). Otherwise I recommend Daemon Tools.

I used Daemon Tools and mount it.. These is what I found after I mount it:
1.OPENING
2.SEQ01
3.SEQ02
4.SEQ03
5.FF9.IMG
6.SLUS_021.51
7.SYSTEM
I think these could do it... thanks to all who answered these
