Pokemon FireRed, LeafGrean, Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald

At the start of game, I keep getting that file is corrupted, and everytime i flip the game, the game is erased due to file corruption. Is there a way to remedy this problem....Help is greatly appreciated...

3 options

1 = put your save type on flash 128kb.
2 = use savestates
3 = download a save -but in special emulator format- and you can start a new save it will work.

Option 2 is useless after u beat the elite four unless you can save in game(option 1).
