How to get PAL PSX games to work with espxe?

I downloaded RoadRash(PAL) version ISO and tried to get it to work on EPSXE, but to no avail. It just won't work. Is there anything additional i need to download besides the BIO's's NTSC and PAL or ne thing else additional for the expxe EMU to get PAL games to work?

Try searching for a .ppf patch for the game.

I downloaded a few patches, but that didn't even work. I managed to find an NTSC version of Road Rash 3D. It runs good on ESPXE.
