Okay. I'm not new to emulators in general, and I have played with Project 64 before, but apparently I acquired gaming amnesia and forgot something very important.
As I am playing Banjo-Kazooie, the c-stick is very crucial to the controls. So here's my problem.
...
Which keys are the c-stick keys? For the life of me I can't find them and am feeling quite silly that I can't remember what they are.
Please help!

huh? keys?
Not sure if you mean keyboard ( you assign them ) or joystick labels. In that case its the yellow buttons.

Well yes, I know that. I used to own a nintendo 64.
What I mean is where are the c-stick keys on the keyboard. like...
x = a c = b and so on.
What are the corresponding keys that match the c-stick on the keyboard.

Depends on which plug-in your using, otherwise there may be no "default" controls, taking you have to assign them: OPTIONS - CONFIGURE CONTROLLER PLUGIN...
-- C-Buttons (Using "Jabo's DirectInput7" that is) --
L: DELETE
U: HOME
R: PAGE DOWN:
D: END
Hope this helps ya.... ;)

I was hoping this was related to the C programming language. Haha.
