epsxe170 help

After downloading epsxe170, i got the zlib1.dll error message. I downloaded zlib1.dll, put it in the same folder as epsxe170 and now I'm getting this:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc00000ba). Click OK to terminate the application."

What is this?

10 to 1 says you downloaded the wrong version. Use only the zlib (http://www.zlib.net/)official.
