Nunchuk Adapter

Is there some kind of addapter thing that lets you plug in your Nunchuk to your PC to use as a controller? And if yes, does it also work for letting you use the Guitar Hero 3 controller on PC?

I read a lot of projects making ways on this, for example GlovePIE (linux) is starting to support it now. Nothing perfected yet that I know of. I'm sure it will be pasted everywhere when it is.
