Why doesn't anybody understand that Gamecube, PS2, and Xbox emulation is far from being almost complete?

Excuse me, but I know many things about emulation. And I read this on www.emutalk.net: they told there is a real, workable Xbox emulator! They opened a topic for it (that is a realy old topic, 2002 march!). The amu called X-Box Emulator ver. 1.00, made by Da-Expert Software INC.. Noone other people heard about it. They sad it can work with all X games with good speed. I've got the emulator, but I never tryed it.

And I have a question too. What is that .dgr file? The WinRAR and the WinZIP can't use it, so if you know a program for it, please help! Thx!

Jay!

Sorry about that topic, but nobody reads this, so thets why I opened it. I will try it on monday with Outrun 2. One of my friends told me it is working. He has been given it for me 2 years ago. He tryed it with Colin McRae Rally 3. If I tryed it, I will tell you anything I saw.
