PSP ISO Downloading Help

So can anyone give me a step by step instructions on how to download PSP ROMs, i have found a Demo i would like to test but everytime i download after i have downloaded it it comes up as a Video File... !Help! :( and the file is like r00 file or something

btw a step by step with pictures would be cool :D lol

To open .r00 files, get WinRAR (http://www.rarlab.com).
