Having Problem with dolphin

Hey guys I´m trying to make the dolphin v1.03 wok on my pc but it has a problem do identify the video plugins so the ames don´t run... the couldn´t init the core problem keeps happening and I´m quite sure i have the plugins popperly placed.Also there is a messae about a certain file : d3d9.dll I tell you right away that i think only this version of dolphin can work on my pc since it´s kind of lame. Can you guys give me some help here?

If your PC isn't very good then Dolphin won't run on it. You currently need a high end processor, ram and GPU to run anything with it, if you haven't then your wasting your time with it.
