What to do with .Isos

Hi... Im new to this stuff with Gamecube Emulators...

i Have an emulator Called Doplhin and i want to play Paper Mario 2
But the problem is that its a .ISO file and i dont know how to run/or
what to do to be able to use it in Dolphin. If theres another (better) emulator
please send a link or such to it...

use daemontools to mount .iso files
