blueMSX emulation

I'm not really sure how to use this emulator at all. I downloaded it, have a rom for it, but that's as far as I can go. Can someone give me a quick rundown on how to get things going?

Double click the BlueMSX.exe, take your mouse to the top of the screen where the toolbars will appear, select 'file', then cartridge slot 1, then browse to the location of your game rom.
