Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes

I've been trying to find an emulator that can run Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes and so far I've had no luck what-so-ever. Does anyone know of one that can run this game? By the way, its for Nintendo Gamecube.

I just downloaded MGS2 last night and unfortunatelly I can't t it to run on Vista and thats all I have...I bought a PS3 and MGS4 on Sunday and I don't wanna play it until I beat the other ones first to get the story...guess I'm gonna play clueless :P
