PSP emulator error

I have a problem with potemkin.
I got the evaluation copy of WinRAR, I then extracted the source but yet, potemkin doesn't start up. Also, why is the application named DaSHRelease?

I get kind of like the same stupid problem I downloaded it then extracted it from there I opened up the dash release which shows a completely black screen.

But from there I went into open and opened up a game and I got this weird pop codeing thing that I have no idea whats it all about.

Don't bother. It will not be playable with psp iso..not yet anyway. Please wait at least 5-10 years or less. :)
