Final Fantasy IX Problem

I have minor problem with FF9,it works nicely but at disc 3 i encountered some problem with few enemies.
So,problem is that if any monster casts "Thundaga" or Vivi casts "water",it`ll make my game freeze completely.

I have tried almost every single video plugin theres out,none of them worked.

Help me to solve this please :(

First of all, it could be because your Graphic card is either outdated or not compatible with the plug-in
