lost my screen

This may seem kind of stupid but i was playing metal slug 3 using the kawa-x emulator on my xbox and when i paused the game, i put the controller upside down and it pushed the analogue stick in a direction which made the screen showing the game scroll away.

The only thing i can think of is to just move the stick until i find the screen again, but ive tryed this a couple of times for about 15 mins each time and i have no idea where the screen is or if im moving it in the right direction.

does any one know how to sort this out?

try deleting the gamesave in tdata and also in your gamesaves manager.
then run kawax and it should anyway bring everything back.

thanks for the help but i dont know how to do that. when i got the xbox it was already soft modd'ed.

do i have to connect it to my computer to do delete the gamesave and do the thing with the gamesave manager?

do you have xbox media centre or unleashx dashboards?
you need to use the file explorer from one of these dashboards.

no you dont need to connect your xbox to a pc.
