Question about a mobile processor ?

Hi everyone , i read across the net in a site that Intel Pentium M 1.7GHZ(processor of laptops) was equal to that of Intel Pentium 4 at 3.2Ghz . Now i want to buy a new laptop which says it has a Intel Celeron M 1.8GHZ ,and i want to know equal to what Celeron Pentium 4 is this ? Or is just 1.8GHZ ? Many thanks in advance.

You shouldn't worry about which P4 it's equivelent to. Just know it's still a lot more powerful.

should I buy it ,it just cost 333 USD new with 2 year warranty TOSHIBA SATELLITE , 15.4 Intel Celeron M 1.8Ghz , RAM 2gb 120GB hdd , ? Based on the price i sure will ,but just wanted to be sure :)
