I am brand new to DC emulation and when I run Soul Calibur I notice that sometimes the speed will be too slow and sometimes it will be too fast.
Here are my specs:
1gig of RAM
256 graphics
I don't know what my processor is but I know that it is plenty (some AMD dual core 3600+ somethin or other.)
What is the best graphics pluggin for chankast?
