VBAlink settings

I just went to the site, and downloaded the lan and the server things, but when I go to link, I'm not getting a settings file, just the do I want to log w/e, and I have no idea how to fix it. Could someone please help me so that I can play one of my friends in Pokemon Emerald? :( Ty

Incase the image doesn't show up...it didn't for me..
Is what I get when I go to the link options, and on the sites, the screenshots they have, it has a bigger options settings, I can't figure it out, someone please help me :( And yes, I know I double posted, but w/e atleast I didn't double thread.
