If you're asking for the bios, you've propably not read the rules yet...

Anyway there are other emulators with link support that don't need a bios( though I haven't tried any of them yet) ,you should check the main site.

Nobody requested something illegal as there is a free NO$GBA version that supports multiplayer games.
