cant get dragon ball z budakai 3 to work

i got all the bios done and everything it loads but the framerate is awfull i got the pcsx 2 9.4also for dragon ball z tenkaishe 3 it loads same thing but this time the screen is cover in black and white lines iv tried difrennt plug ins but none give me the option to chang the frame rate can any of yall help me out

update it to 0.9.5 beta and latest plugins which I mentioned in this forum already. :)

I found it out that it is playable but the characters themselves have a black shadow on them. Please wait for the next version.
