question about nes emulator "rocknesx 2.0"

When I try to play a nes rom, I get a error message " your computer does not have directdraw hardware." I went to dxdiag setting and it does not give me the option to enable directdraw. I am running WINXP SP2 and direct 9.0c. Can someone please help me fix this problem. Thank You!

I can use it with no problem. But I also keep my Direct X 9.0c Updated.

This version of DirectX was released March 2008
