I've downloaded pcsx2 and a set of different BIOS for it. I've tried each one and I keep getting this message in the PS2 Output when I try to load a game.

ZeroGS: Failed to create hardware device, creating software.
ZeroGS: *********
GS WARNING: Need at least 2 simultaneous render targets. Some zbuffer effects will look wrong.
*********
ZeroGS: ******
GS WARNING: Need independant write masks! Some z buffer effects might look bad

*********
ZeroGS: ******
GS ERROR: Device doesn't support alpha blending for 16bit floating point targets. Quality will reduce.

vmhack

Then after all this, a microsoft windows window opens up and says that pcsx2.exe has stopped working and closes out of the program.

Does anyone know what's wrong?
