Final Fantasy X-2 Problem

I have the game (Final Fantasy X-2 PAL) and i m trying to play it with pcsx2 0.9.4. I choose from the menu "New Game" and when the first video begins the fps is very low and the quality of the video is bad.. Can anyone help me?

I will be the first to tell you your computer is to slow for PS2 games I think all home computers are to slow right now but I may be wrong
