Ok Im trying to ""acquire"" stuff with Utorrent and Im getting horrible speeds.
I port forwarded my router and all that, but I still get horrible speeds. The wierd thing is that I get horrible speeds period, I mean even in firefox I get bad speeds when utorrent is up.

This is with Utorrent up

This is with it off http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o119/anautisticdog/untitled2-1.jpg

I know its not the router or Norton. Cause It was doing it before I installed Norton and I was connected straight to my router.

Any Ideas?

BTW. I have Charter Cable

You can try downloading one torrent at a time to see if it reaches maximum speed.

Tone Down the F word.

There are kids that come here and I do not think they need to read this.

there needs to be some kind of filter to block out words like this !!

I downloaded FrostWire and I can download stuff at around 400-600kbs.....BUT whenever I try to download torrents with it the Torrent downloads at 0-3kbs.

I think it's your ISP. Have you tried protocol encryption? (Options --> Preferences --> BitTorrent)
