but just to let u know, i have lots of mp3's i downloaded into a certain folder.when i double click on one of the mp3 files it says"this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action"
I have already went into control panel and set all autoplay options to windows media player and still i get error message!this problem just started to occur in the past 2 days.
All of my 3000+ mp3's in my media player library still work fine??
i dont get it, maybe i have gotten some sort of virus??
i am still learning a lot so work with me please!!
thanks:D

Try following this (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307859) little guide.

How to "printscreen" (http://www.seoconsultants.com/windows/print-screen/)

Right click one of the MP3's and click 'open with' then select window media player. If it fails to play the file then try something like Winamp, if it still won't play then it seems likely that the files you've downloaded are broken.
