High Scores

Hello,

Is there a way to maintain the high scores in the games you play in MAME??

High score support for games that didn't save them in real life when switched off isn't supported in the main Mame builds any more.

If you use something like MameUIFX (http://mame32fx.altervista.org/home.htm) along with the Hiscore.dat (http://www.mameworld.net/highscore/) you can still do it. Just put the hiscore.dat into the main mameuifx folder.

Any games that did save high scores when powered off in real life will still save the scores in mame as it gets saved to the nvram folder.
