Need some help, im new.

I'm totally new to PSX emu. I got the EPSXe emu, adn set it all up, now i need to know the file types. EXAMPLE. metal Geat soldid (from link deleted) is a "7Z" file. Is this wrong? THe name says its NTSC but wat kind of file is this?

Wat are the file types that work?
I know ISO, but wat about bin, cue, etc....

ePSXe works with bin and cue files.

I don't know about MGS though.It may be splited for easier download.

you downloaded it from an ISO site..

Its compressed with an archiver 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org/), I suggest you extract it first.
