Oh man... now I can buy 4gb of Mushkin DDR2 for $80... HAHA
Who needs DDR3 when DDR2 is gonna be that cheap.. Will do just fine for a general non-benchmark competing rig, at that..
May be time for some decent upgrades since I just filed my taxes.. 1TB drives are under $300 now too.. I hate having like 3 different drives in my PC causing heat.. Or I'd like to eat least find some internal 5.25" mounts to put them higher up in the case. Maybe I'll buy 8gb of ram even... hmmm. :D

And everything has increased here :(
We are still waiting for CADIVI's desicion about increasing currency from $400 to at least $1,300 per year. This measure was taken to prevent mafia buying stuff from the USA and selling them 400% more expensive (a good example, computer stores).

I may still decide to drop 4GB of RAM and just start out with 4GB total.. depends, cause I'm likely gonna install Vista or at least dual boot Vista/XP at some point. The 8800GTS is pretty decent, even though I would have preferred to get a 512MB or 640MB card, I just couldn't afford to spend that much, plus I don't believe in spending more than around $200 on a video card.
It will still be a step up from my 6800, and also my bro's 7900 that I am borrowing right now. The 3x hard drive cooler/5.25" mounts will be nice since the bottom of my case is cramped with Video card length, and hard drives.. I already busted one drives SATA connectors "lock" so the cable sits on there loosely =\ Moving them up and out of the way will be nice and give me good airlow to help keep cool air over the CPU..
I likely have got to look into a decent CPU and northbridge cooler set for myself too, so I can keep it stable with some higher OC's.. I hope to push it to at least 3Ghz on air
