Problem with Satourne

My Satourne doesn't detect my BIOS file.I can't figure why so can anyone help me with this.

It will run a few sega saturn games. SSF runs MANY MANY sega saturn games flawless but you need core 2 duo to run better.

Anyway, for satourne guide which I found:

Another problem encounter, I loaded the Nights into Dream Iso but after the Sega logo aprread, the screen just go black. I tried with the SFF, but got an error like this _Drive Status_Play_error(). Fatal error

means that the iso is corupted try to download from other page
