N64 analog stick problem

Hi, just bought a n64 controller and a usb thingy psx/n64.

Ive calibrated it and every button seems to work fine, even the analog stick.
But when i try to set the buttons up in pj64 it wont recognize the analog stick, but it will recognize all the other buttons.

as i said, the analog stick does work perfectly in gampad options, calibration.

For clarification, the analog wont work in the setup screen. I'm to assume you tested in the game? Make sure you have the dead zone set right (may have to play with it) Also make very sure you calibrate in windows before doing anything in the emulator or you will have to do it over.
