Yeah.. I'm not entirely sure I should be asking but it is some emulation help.
First off, I'M NOT ASKING ANYONE TO PROVIDE LINKS but help to run hacked Pokemon games on my DS through flashcart.
These hacked Pokemon games called Rebirth and ShinyGold work just as they should on VBA. But when I put them onto my DS then using Rudolph's 3-in-1; ShinyGold crashes on the GBA logo screen and Rebirth won't save.
I've even used GBATA 0.7a to SRAM patch the games, but since the option 'patch' isn't selectable, just faded; they're supposed to be copied and playable.
So well, now I'm stuck with these games that I'm dying to play, but won't work correctly. Anyone able to provide help?

Your DS card is slot-1 or slot-2?
Only slot-2 cards can run GBA games.

Well I have a CycloDS Evo for slot-1 and a EZ Flash V 3-in-1 for the slot-2.

Writing them on EZ Flash with the usual software didn't work for you?
You don't need to Sram-patch the games for EZ Flash.

This post relates only to ShinyGold. I haven't touched Rebirth since ShinyGold is functioning!
Actually everything is working now! I have been working on this problem since about the time I made this thread.
See what had happened was that I needed to use a specific patch. I got it and patched the rom that was necessary using ipsXP. But GBATA read that the Logo Code was "BAD". So to repair that, I clicked on 'Fix Header' then located the original rom to fix the error on boot-up. (Error was that the Gameboy Logo crashed on boot.)
Then came saving! I wasn't able to save my progress once the game started. Heh, ^_^" but I had forgotten to SRAM patch the rom before putting it on my EZ 3-in-1. Now everything works! :D
SOOOOO in short, I got myself playing the Johto Region of Pokemon with GBA FR/LG graphics! ^_~
Small error with the saving part though. An error, but no effects. Whenever I load up ShinyGold, a message displays stating that my save's corrupted; that it'll use my previous save. In reality that 'previous' save is the save file I just used. I start off where I lasted saved. So that corrupted save error message is something to just ignore.

Yes it is nothing to worry about.
Happens always to me when I load Pokemon on my F2A.
