I want to know if there are any working games\roms for mame that are similar to Sega mega drive's streets of rage or kawaks alien vs predator.

Vendetta is very similar to Streets of Rage and Alien Vs Predator is also available on mame.

There are a TON of Streets of Rage type games for Mame - TMNT Arcade, X-Men Arcade (4-6 players simultaneously), Dungeons and Dragons, Superman, Punisher, Aliens, AvP...and many, many more. The X-Men game is particularly cool...

Vendetta is USA version
Crime Figthers 2 is JAPAN version (aka Vendetta)

You need to learn more about japan and usa names. The game is the game but different titles. Just like Rockman is Japan name and Megaman is USA name. :)
