hi there
totaly new to all this.just wondering if anyone reccommends any plugins for the pSX V1.13 emulator.

1. something to smoothen the edges
2.something to help game play keep smooth running

No, there is no plugins for pSX 1.13. It was built into it and it is like a real psx console. There are two accurate emulators that are familiar to real PSX console is:

pSX
Xebra

They only require psx bios.. No plugins need.

For a plugin based emulator you want to use ePSXe. The common plugins used will allow you to smooth edges and improve various other visual and performance aspects. See the stickied ePSXe setup thread on this board.
