PSP MOVIE COMPRESSOR

I was wondering if there exist a program which Compress MPEG4 PSP FORMAT movies. If there exist please tell me where to get it.
If it's ilegall ,in that case just tell me the name of it,i will find it myself.

This was not my case ,man,anyway thanks.
I found at a crack site ASHAMPO MOVIE SHRINK AND BURN 2 and it compressed from 1.28GB MP4 PSP FORMAT FILE TO 380MB MP4 PSP FORMAT FILE.
Also TOTAL VIDEO CONVERTER did this thing.I have them both.
