The primary emulator I use for Nintendo 64 is Project 64. However, I thought about playing around with an emulator that had netplay features, so I tried out Project 64k. It's been a while since I did this so I can't remember where I got the emulator from. All I can tell you is that when I used Project 64k, not only did it not work but it corrupted perfectly good roms that had worked previously on my Project 64 emulator.

Anyways, now I use 1964, but I still think what happened before was very abnormal. I was wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this? Maybe I should just try the same emulator, but from somewhere more reliable.

the project is found here (http://pj64k.emulation64.com/) - and is based of an old build of project 64, so it will not work as good as 1.6. I have never heard about the destroying of roms? I think 1.7 has net play, but not sure on that.
