Image distortion on Nestopia

I included a pic of a nes file that I'm using on nestopia. I have default settings for nestopia. This nes worked fine with fce ultra but I do realize that I need to tweak nestopia. I have winxp and ati X850 video card with hardware acceleration set to full. I have directx9 as well.

Could someone help me? I'll be your friend forever :)

What version is this emulator ? Make sure you download the LATEST version. :)

This is 1.37 which is the latest.

Also, did anyone feel that nestopia controls feel different than fce ultra. I mean, when jumping in megaman it seems different.
