VBA Graphics Full Screen

For VBA is there a way to have good graphics at full screen or do I have to keep it small. I was playing around with the settings for a bit trying to improve the graphics but its still very blurry on full screen.

The Game Boy Advance screen resolution is 240x160. The screen is meant to be small.

Of course there are filters to improve sharpness, but games wouldn't look as good as expected.

I'm able to do full screen but it is a bit blurry. Not that much though! I preffer full screen.:p
