Macs and saving

I have a macbook for which I have downloaded VirtualBoy Advance. Is there anyone who can tell me how to save? It isn't the same for macs as it is for windows. Any help would be really appreciated.

I have experience with no$gba and visualboy advance but mac is not one of them. Why ? Because I don't have MAC. I am windows user. :(
