Good DOS emulator (not DOSBox)

DOSBox is great but it doesn't run FRONTIER: FIRST ENCOUNTER.
Anyone know another DOS emulator for Windows?

I would suggest Win98SE as if you find other old games doesn't run with either WinXP or DosBox (That's the best 'DOS emulator' for WinXP). :)
