Strange problem with Dragon Quest 8 language on PCSX2

Hi, I have Dragon Quest 8 original DVD in Pal Version with 5 languages(multi5), also Italian. On PS2 it works correctly and I can choose also Italian, but on PCSX2 I can play ONLY in English....why? In PCSX2 I have same bios of my PS2 console. I have latest version of all plugins and exe files of PCSX2

Keep try again. I had the same things as an unuseful answer and finally I got the better answer. Try it again. :)
