What is Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 best config?

I am new here and I just downloaded Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 to try on pcsx 0.9.4 but its too slow, so I thought anyone here could help me to speed it up with some special configs...

512mb RAM
3.00 GHz
NVIDIA GF FX 5500 256mb

Graphic card is good but you dont have core 2 duo then your speed will be very slow and nothing you can do about it unless you upgrade to core 2 duo or purchase a new computer with core 2 duo and above. :)

P.S. Here is fine or through pm if you do not mind. I am not experience but I know those things through google.com and that's how I understood things.:)
