question about burning CDI's for dreamcast

I'm trying to burn a DC game, and it's in 7 .rar files, each with a CDI inside.

I know that I should combine them into one CDI, and burn it with discjuggler, but each CDI is about 700MB, is that normal? I'm using windows98, so I can't create files larger than 1GB.

Is there a solution to this, or am I screwed?

The 7 .rar files don't contain a .cdi file each, they contain one together. Just right-click the first .rar and choose 'extract'. You will have one .cdi file which you can burn to get your game.
