best emulator for a old system?

am i even ganna be able to emulate ps1 games at normal speed?

PSX should work. You can get it from the Playstation section of the sites main page.

pSX doesn't use plug-ins ;)

S3 graphics prosavageDDR Put this in to a potato gun and lunch it as far as you can. Then get a good one. Heck i don't even know if this card supports dx7..
