Hey! How do you enable cheats in an ISO?

Ok, I'm greatly ashamed, but I cannot get the S ranking in Legends II. That buster is crap! Anyway, I'd like to know how to enter, and enable cheats, because I've tried, and the eSPXe configuration tool doesn't know what it's looking for. A straight rundown, from telling it where the ISO is, and how to write and enable cheats would be nice.

try pec as in playstation emulation cheater its a plugin so... their because if you use gameshark with epsxe it will crash.... go here http://emucheater.com/
