I need to know how tyo download the Emulator and How to make it Work
Cause I have download like more than 4 times the Emulators but they appered in a Zipp folder and if I open it it doesnt show the Program
Plus What is the best Emulator for me??????????

Can you be more specific? What emulator are you trying to run? What game? Your system specs?
Also, avoid the overuse of punctuation signs.

I download a Emulator named M.E.S.S
The game In trying to play is Super Smash Bros from Ninetndo

CPU speed, amount of RAM, the video card you have, the Windows, Linux or Mac you're running, etc.

You would be better off using Project 64 or 1964, both downloadable from this site. MESS doesn't support any working N64 games.
MESS is good for emulating much older systems and computers, but in terms of anything newer than an 8 bit system, you would find more success using a dedicated emulator for the specific console or computer you want to emulate rather than a jack of all trades like MESS.
