Help getting Leafgreen/Firered codes to work.

I can only seem to get the Wild Monster Modifyers to work right.

Everything else doesn't seem to work. I got the Item Modifyer to work once, but I don't know how.

I found a very good list on gamefaqs that always work for me. I use VBA so if you don't these codes might not work.
