MAME help

Hello everyone. I jsut downloaded MAME32 and i dont know how to get any games to work. I have downloaded a Xmen game and i dont know how to work it. Can anyone give me steps of how to set up and play games on this MAME 32?

Put that game in the Mame32's ROMs folder and load up mame. Click on Available and then hit F5. You'll see a game in there, if it is a valid MAME ROM. Double Click the name and it'll start running.
