Sorry if I'm being daft here but do you mean real memory cards or ones for emulators?

I know GamesFAQs.com (does it have an S at the end? I can never remember) has ones for use with the playstation -> PC hook ups you can get but I haven't tested them on emulators.

there is no real specific game i'm after, i just wanted to see what was available and for what game.....
