You can go better than that. There are loads of game and watch games and the old tabletop games like Firefox etc set up as standalone systems that include authentic skins and controls.

They seem to have been made by a chap called Madrigal and I'm sure a little creative googling for these handhelds will yeild results.

You should be able to get going from there.

Copyright laws for Nintendo (and other companies) take effect for at least 70 years. No matter how old a system is or if the games are not for sale anymore, it's still illegal to share on the net.

That means, don't ask for ROMs.
